Job summary

Michaels is hiring for a Store Framing Associate at the LA-SAN CLEMENTE, CA location to help customers create custom framing solutions and keep a well merchandised, in‑stock store.

You will deliver friendly service, process framing orders accurately and on time, operate the cash register, and support the Framing Manager in achieving KPIs while maintaining a safe, clean environment.

Retail experience and basic computer skills are preferred; hours include nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience includes basic computer and measuring skills.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and selling products or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to standards.
