Job summary

Michaels is seeking a motivated store associate in the Orange, CA area to build customer relationships and assist guests with framing solutions.

You will help customers shop, locate products, and complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery. The role requires basic computer use, stock maintenance, and compliance with SOPs. Some nights, weekends, and early mornings are expected.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers and help them shop the store.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and a well merchandised in-stock store.
• Support Omni channel processes and cash handling to standards.
