Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Lead SEO Manager (Fractional) to own our B2B e-commerce SEO and LLM visibility from a remote position across the US or Canada. This contractor role starts at ~40 hours/month and can expand based on ROI, with a hands-on approach and close collaboration with content and development teams.

You will drive end-to-end SEO, optimize technical health, build a scalable link strategy, and lead content coordination while reporting revenue-driven outcomes to the CEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of E-commerce SEO with measurable revenue impact.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Strong technical SEO with audits, diagnostics, and QA.
• Analytical with GA4, Search Console, and dashboards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution and provide CEO-ready updates.
• US or Canada-based location.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy and roadmap with revenue focus.
• Lead technical SEO and ensure Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Own LLM visibility and AI discovery initiatives.
• Drive link-building and digital PR with SOPs.
• Oversee content strategy and optimization with writers.
• Manage Organic Shopping and Merchant Center presence.
• Operate the workflow in Asana and report to CEO.
