Qualifikationen

• B.S. in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2.5+ years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of digital circuits and CMOS logic.
• Experience with Verilog or VHDL and EDA tools.
• Experience analyzing yield and electrical test data.

Aufgaben

• Support manufacturing issues, yield enhancement, and failure analysis for FPGA/SoC products.
• Collaborate with Design, Technology Development, Customer Support, Product/Test Engineering, and Quality across the FPGA BU.
• Perform pre/post silicon debug and verification.
• Validate on-chip components such as micro-processors, high-speed I/O (SERDES and DDR), eNVM, SRAM, charge pumps, PLLs, and Analog I/O.
