Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years of prior relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10+ years with a Graduate degree.
• Active TS/SCI clearance is required or achievable.
• Experience leading a team of firmware engineers and coordinating programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead FPGA design and verification efforts for ISR/EW systems.
• Decompose system requirements into FPGA specifications and deliver hardware solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time firmware delivery.
• Ensure simulations verify performance before hardware integration.
• Provide technical oversight and mentoring within the FW group.
