Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of related experience or graduate degree with 10+ years
• Active Top Secret Clearance required
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of related experience

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain EW Division technical roadmap aligned with customer mission needs and business strategy
• Provide division-wide systems architecture leadership across multiple EW programs and investments
• Define and communicate technical vision for future EW capabilities and platforms
• Guide architectural decisions to ensure scalability and mission effectiveness
• Establish cross-site collaboration to deliver integrated EW solutions
• Mentor senior engineers and architects across the division
• Identify emerging technologies and inform strategic planning and investments
• Travel up to 50% as required
