Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• Willingness to obtain a Top-Secret security clearance.
• Experience leading firmware engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 6–8 engineers to develop, simulate, and integrate firmware designs for EW systems.
• Translate requirements into FPGA architectures and verify with lab testing.
• Manage cross‑functional development processes and ensure adherence to best practices.
