CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to drive FPGA circuits and systems across all development stages for space and aerospace applications. The role emphasizes HDL design, verification, and deployment, with experience in high‑speed interfaces, data handling, and clock domain management.

The candidate will present engineering design reviews to customers and executives and may participate in proposal writing. Strong communication skills and prior aerospace-related work are highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering from an accredited university.
• 5 years of FPGA HDL design, analysis, and implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop FPGA circuits and systems through all development phases.
• Design and verify high‑speed interfaces, data streams, and clock domains in HDL.
• Lead testing, validation, and deployment of FPGA designs.
• Present design reviews to customers and executives and contribute to proposals.
