Job summary

Talent With Heart in Austin, TX, is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to own the FPGA development lifecycle for advanced embedded computing products. You will translate system requirements into robust FPGA architectures and lead implementation and verification with hardware and software teams.

You will work on high-speed interfaces, RF converters, and PCIe/DDR memory, collaborating across disciplines to deliver reliable, high-performance solutions for defense, aerospace, and industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of FPGA design and development experience.
• Hands-on experience with high-speed FPGA design and RF interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Own the FPGA development lifecycle from architecture and requirements through implementation, simulation, and hardware verification.
• Translate system and customer requirements into robust FPGA architectures and lead implementation.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable products.
• Review designs and establish sound engineering practices across teams.
