The Company in Austin, TX seeks a Senior FPGA Engineer to lead the development of advanced FPGA/DSP platforms for embedded computing products. You will translate system and customer requirements into robust FPGA architectures and drive implementation and verification with hardware and software teams.

Join a multidisciplinary team focused on high-speed interfaces, RF converters, and complex embedded systems. You will own the lifecycle and help shape future product directions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field required.
• 7+ years of FPGA design and development experience required.
• Experience interfacing FPGAs with RF converters using LVDS, JESD204B/C, or RFSoC.
• Hands-on with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and high-speed FPGA design required.
• Strong VHDL and Verilog/SystemVerilog skills required.
• Ownership of the FPGA development lifecycle from architecture to verification.
• Strong timing constraints and timing closure understanding.
• Experience with DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, multi-gigabit Ethernet, or JESD204B/C.
• Experience with high-speed serial IP, FMC/RF modules, and embedded systems.
• Proficiency with TCL, Python, C/C++, and Embedded Linux.
