Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to own the FPGA development lifecycle for advanced embedded computing products. You translate system and customer requirements into robust FPGA architectures, lead implementation and verification, and collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable FPGA-based solutions.

The role requires 7+ years of FPGA design experience, hands-on Vivado, VHDL/Verilog, and a track record of timing closure and high-speed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience interfacing FPGAs with RF converters using LVDS, JESD204B/C, or RFSoC.
• Hands-on experience with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and high-speed FPGA design.
• Strong experience in VHDL and Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Demonstrated ownership of the FPGA development lifecycle including architecture, requirements, implementation, simulation and hardware verification.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of FPGA development for advanced embedded computing products.
• Translate system and customer requirements into robust FPGA architectures.
• Lead implementation and verification, collaborating with hardware and software teams.
• Lead technical reviews and help establish engineering practices across teams.
• Contribute to new product development while maintaining existing products.
