Randstad USA is seeking an FPGA Engineer in North Reading, MA to design, implement, and verify high-performance FPGA architectures powering next-generation Automated Test Equipment. You will collaborate with hardware, software, and systems teams to tackle signal integrity, processing, and high-speed data challenges.

This permanent role offers full W-2 benefits, a strong compensation package including bonuses and stock options, and a standard 8am-4pm schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FPGA experience required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Strong collaboration across hardware, software and DV teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead FPGA projects from requirements to lab bring-up.
• Design high-performance FPGA logic for complex interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration.
• Drive timing closure and verification using lab instrumentation.
• Mentor engineers and support product milestones.
