Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years FPGA design and development experience.
• Experience interfacing FPGAs with RF converters using LVDS, JESD204B/C.
• Hands-on experience with AMD/Xilinx Vivado and high-speed FPGA design.
• Strong experience in VHDL and Verilog/SystemVerilog.
• Ownership of the FPGA development lifecycle including architecture and verification.
• Understanding of timing constraints and timing closure.
• Experience with DDR4/DDR5, PCIe, multi-gigabit Ethernet, or JESD204B/C.
• IP and high-speed serial-interface IP tuning.
• Experience supporting FPGA/DSP carrier boards and FMC modules.
• Vivado Simulator and ILAs experience.
• Experience with Intel/ARM interfaces, DDR memory, MPSoC, or RFSoC.
• Ability to review schematics with hardware engineers.
• Technical leadership and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Take technical ownership of FPGA development for advanced embedded computing products.
• Translate system and customer requirements into FPGA architectures.
• Lead implementation, verification, and hardware validation.
• Collaborate with hardware and software teams to deliver reliable products.
• Contribute to new product development while maintaining existing ones.
• Lead technically and mentor multidisciplinary teams.
