Chicago Trading Company (CTC) is seeking a Senior FPGA Engineer to join our FPGA development team to design and build the next generation of end-to-end trading systems. You will work closely with traders, quants, and engineers to deliver ultra-low-latency architectures and translate requirements into scalable solutions.

As part of a collaborative team, you will influence design choices across groups, lead implementation efforts, and participate in code reviews while promoting best practices for

Qualifications

• Proven experience with FPGA development.
• Advanced proficiency with SystemVerilog or VHDL.
• Experience using Python and/or C++ for tools/testbenches/integration.
• Understanding of computer architectures.
• Enthusiasm for agile design and testing practices.

Responsabilités

• Define and implement an architectural vision focused on ultra-low latency and reliability.
• Collaborate with technology leaders to improve trading platform design.
• Understand trading workflows, quantitative models, and system performance needs.
