Job summary

Horváth USA in Atlanta seeks a (Senior) Manager Finance Transformation to drive end-to-end FP&A modernization for diverse clients. You will lead projects from concept to implementation, facilitate client workshops, and perform data-driven analyses while coordinating with stakeholders.

The role requires 3–5 years of high‑value FP&A consulting, strong SAP S/4HANA expertise, and familiarity with BlackLine and PowerBI.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years (Manager) or 5 years (Senior Manager) of high-value consulting experience with strong FP&A and SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with SAP S4/HANA. Other tools such as BlackLine and PowerBI; industry experience in life sciences, manufacturing or automotive is a plus.
Proven track record leading complex FP&A engagements end-to-end with accountability for delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Value-added consulting. Lead projects from concept to implementation, facilitate client workshops, perform data-driven analyses, and interact closely with stakeholders.
(Partial) project management (from A-Z). Conceptualize operational controlling solutions and define controlling systems, build and maintain client relationships across industries.
Shaping the future. Work on cross-consultancy topics and market initiatives in FP&A space, including publications and development of new tools.
Taking on responsibility. Lead a variety of projects and contribute to expansion of FP&A consulting portfolio.
