Job summary

Horváth USA, based in Atlanta, GA, seeks experienced FP&A consultants to drive advanced planning, forecasting, and cost accounting initiatives for CFO organizations. You will lead end-to-end engagements, develop innovative FP&A solutions, and build strong client relationships across industries.

The role requires 3 years (Manager) or 5 years (Senior Manager) of high-value consulting experience and strong SAP expertise, including S/4HANA.

Qualifications

• MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• 3 years (Manager) / 5 years (Senior Manager) of high value consulting experience with strong FP&A expertise.
• Very good functional SAP expertise (SAP R/3 and SAP S/4) and experience with SAP S/4HANA and related tools.
• Bonus: experience in life sciences, manufacturing or automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Proven track record in leading complex FP&A engagements end-to-end with delivery accountability.
• Lead client relationships, drive proposals, and close FP&A engagements through senior stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and implement modern FP&A solutions focusing on operations controlling and cost accounting.
• Collaborate on cross-consultancy topics and contribute to market initiatives in FP&A.
