Job summary

Horve1th USA is seeking a senior FP&A consultant to join our Atlanta office. You will tackle operational and financial planning, forecasting, KPI riven reporting and management dashboards, partnering with CFO organizations to design and implement innovative planning solutions.

You will lead projects from concept to implementation, facilitate client workshops, and interact with stakeholders. The role demands 5+ years of highlue consulting with strong FP&A expertise and experience with planning

Qualifications

• MBA or Mastere2d in Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of high-value consulting experience with strong FP&A expertise.
• Experience with planning and reporting tools.
• Bonus: experience in life sciences, manufacturing or automotive industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and reporting engagements end-to-end with accountability for delivery, team leadership, commercial performance, and client satisfaction.
• Design and implement integrated budgeting and forecasting frameworks; facilitate client workshops.
• Develop driver-based planning models, KPI dashboards, and management reporting templates.
