Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Sr FP&A Analyst to join the FP&A Solutions team within Finance Transformation, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows. The role emphasizes Workday Adaptive Planning and related financial systems to support accuracy and efficiency across the organization.

You will own system administration, end-user training, and drive projects that improve data integrity and reporting quality, collaborating with Finance, IT, HR, and business partners.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Proficiency with enterprise financial apps including Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with ability to influence across leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes with key stakeholders.
• Audit, validate, and improve data integrity across financial systems and reports.
• Drive system evolution initiatives like EPM upgrades, ERP integrations and new configuration rollouts.
• Participate in the full system development lifecycle: requirements, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Maintain and evolve documentation: end-user training, configuration requirements, process guides.
• Lead testing and change management for major updates and integrations.
