Job summary

Autodesk is seeking a Sr FP&A Analyst to join the FP&A Solutions team within the Finance Transformation organization. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and reporting workflows while configuring Workday Adaptive Planning and related financial systems.

You will manage system administration, end-user training, and project delivery to improve data integrity and business value. This role requires strong finance acumen and a passion for systems and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles with proven improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, Workday HCM, Snowflake, Power BI.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills across leadership levels.
• Experience leading teams in complex, matrixed environments.
• Solid forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and accounting principles knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and enhance scalable financial models and reporting processes for planning cycles (forecasts, monthly/quarterly reporting, annual budget, long-range planning).
• Audit and improve data integrity across financial systems and designs controls.
• Lead system evolution initiatives: upgrades, ERP integrations, configuration rollouts; participate in SDLC phases.
• Maintain documentation and end-user training materials for system knowledge sharing.
• Oversee projects with timelines, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and risk mitigation.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across Finance, HR, IT, and other teams.
