Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial systems, FP&A, or business systems roles.
• Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, economics or related field; MBA a plus.
• Proficiency with Workday Adaptive Planning, SAP, and BI tooling.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize cross-functional financial models and reporting.
• Audit data integrity and design controls across financial systems.
• Drive system evolution: upgrades, integrations, and rollouts; lifecycle delivery.
• Maintain documentation and end-user training for finance systems.
• Lead projects with timelines, stakeholders, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate across Finance, IT, HR to execute improvements.
