Job summary

Referment is seeking a senior finance leader to drive strategic analysis and reporting for a global investment and technology group. You will lead cross-functional projects, shape forecasts, and provide concise insights for senior leaders.

The role emphasizes advanced financial modelling, judgement, and clear communication to influence executive decisions. This position is based in New York and reports to the finance leadership team.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in strategic finance or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, computer science or related subject.
• Strong financial modelling and ability to switch between high-level strategy and detailed analysis.
• Commercial judgement with a track record of advising senior decision-makers.
• Clear written and verbal communication with senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects using rigorous financial analysis to inform strategy.
• Shape and maintain financial forecasts including budgeting and scenario planning.
• Oversee recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior leaders with concise insights.
• Assess drivers of revenue, expenses, capital needs and other financial outcomes.
• Build and improve scalable models, reporting frameworks and analytical tools.
