Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the Consumer OpEx forecasting, budgeting, and monthly deliverables. You will build driver-based financial models and perform variance analysis to guide executive decisions.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, and Design to translate insights into allocation decisions, drive efficiency, and support strategic trade-offs across a high-growth fintech environment.

Formación

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance with OpEx ownership.
• Track record managing large expense budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Experience building driver-based financial models and scenario analyses in Excel; SQL proficiency.
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, or Design to align plans with priorities.
• Experience in high-growth tech/fintech/financial services environments.
• Uses generative AI with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and monthly deliverables for Consumer OpEx.
• Build and maintain driver-based models to quantify risks and opportunities.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and month-end close with Accounting for data integrity.
• Partner with cross-functional leads to translate insights into resource allocation.
• Present analyses during business reviews with clear strategic recommendations.
• Perform proactive deep-dives to surface trends and efficiency opportunities.
