Job summary

NorthMark Strategies is seeking a Senior FP&A to join the Enterprise FP&A team. The role drives budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and reporting across internal entities, partnering with functional teams to improve processes and leverage technology.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on FP&A experience, and a passion for AI-enabled finance workflows, CPM/ERP platforms, and data visualization tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related quantitative field.
• CPA or MBA a plus.
• Experience with OneStream, Workday Adaptive, Dynamics 365, or CPM/ERP platforms.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; build/maintain 3-statement models.
• Interest in AI tools, automation, or tech-enabled finance workflows.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Proven ability to own FP&A deliverables end-to-end with independence.
• Developing track record of partnering with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Build and maintain 3-statement financial models with auditability.
• Prepare executive reporting packages and dashboards for leadership.
• Own variance commentary and headcount trend analysis.
• Support annual operating plan processes with close collaboration with FP&A Manager.
• Prepare financial projections and scenario analyses for strategic planning.
• Develop ad-hoc models and business cases for initiatives.
• Present financial findings to senior leadership.
