Bold is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive global forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning within our Operations group. You will partner with senior management to deliver accurate budgets, evaluate acquisitions, and track core metrics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in finance.
• Experience building complex financial models and scenario analysis.
• Ability to present analyses to senior executives and act as a business partner across departments.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Craft, build and manage annual, quarterly and monthly budgets and forecasting models.
• Prepare reporting and analysis to understand key drivers and variances; publish dashboards and KPIs.
• Perform cost analysis; investigate period-over-period fluctuations.
• Support design of financial models and metrics to measure performance and predict activity.
• Assess deviations from metric targets and provide insights to leaders.
• Develop materials and metrics for senior management presentations and reviews.
• Create presentations that communicate analyses and facilitate decisions by senior management.
• Identify opportunities for automation of modeling and process improvements.
