Olympus Corporation seeks a finance professional to provide strategic analytical support across the organization. The role collaborates cross-functionally to implement strategic plans, build financial models, and drive profitability analysis, budgeting, and KPI development.

The candidate will partner with management, deliver insightful reporting, and support decision-making with robust financial guidance. This hybrid role is based in Massachusetts with opportunities to influence core business

Qualificações

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties efficiently.
• Strong critical thinking and adaptability to changes.
• Travel as required.

Responsabilidades

• Support annual budget and quarterly forecast processes with controls.
• Prepare month-end financial reporting, variance analysis and ExCom updates.
• Download data and generate management reporting and financial packages.
• Collaborate with functional leaders on budgets and forecasts.
• Provide analysis tools to evaluate options and track KPIs.
• Offer financial guidance to manage risks and opportunities.
• Participate in cross-functional process improvement teams.
• Review R&D intercompany SOWs and forecast expenses.
• Design data/reporting solutions with IT/Finance for needs.
• Lead project financial modeling for investments and spend control.
• Provide ad hoc analytical support as needed.
• All other essential duties as directed.
