Job summary

Asana is seeking a Corporate and Strategic Finance Manager to join our FP&A team in San Francisco. You will strategically assess growth drivers and partner with GTM teams to drive business impact, solving complex problems and delivering insightful financial analysis for senior leadership.

This role is based in our San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule. The base salary range is $164,000 to $186,000, with additional equity and benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or corporate/strategic finance experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance concepts and accounting principles.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Anaplan and Databricks.
• Proven cross-functional relationship skills and senior leadership storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze growth drivers and partner with GTM teams to drive impact.
• Build bottom-up GTM planning and forecast models linking investments, expenses, headcount, and revenue.
• Provide ROI-focused financial modeling across segments and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models connecting GTM investments to revenue.
• Propose and implement strategic solutions to improve key financial metrics with GTM.
• Improve processes, controls, and reporting for accuracy and efficiency.
