Asana is seeking a Corporate and Strategic Finance Manager to join our FP&A team in San Francisco. You will strategically assess growth drivers, partner with GTM teams, and solve complex financial problems to drive business impact.

The role requires deep analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a proactive approach to modeling and forecasting. You will build and maintain GTM planning, connect investments to operating expenses and revenue forecasts, and deliver ROI-focused analyses

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven ability to build ROI-focused financial models.
• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance.
• Experience with financial analytics tools such as Anaplan and Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Assess growth drivers and partner with GTM teams to drive business impact.
• Lead end-to-end financial analysis and present actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
• Build bottom-up GTM planning and forecast models linking investments, OPEX, headcount, and revenue.

• We are looking for a Corporate and Strategic Finance Manager to join our FP&A team. In this role, you will strategically assess our growth drivers and partner closely with our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams to drive business impact. As a finance professional, you will solve complex problems independently, perform deep financial analysis, and partner directly with senior leadership
• Solve problems analytically by gathering and summarizing large data sets to drive efficient executive decision-making and lead end-to-end recommendation processes
• Nurture deep, trusted partnerships across Sales, Marketing, Product, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations teams
• Support strategic short- and long-term business decisions through ROI-focused financial modeling and analysis across diverse business segments
• Build, maintain, and own bottom-up Go-To-Market planning and forecast models connecting GTM investments, operating expenses, headcount planning, and revenue forecasts
• Propose and implement strategic solutions to drive key financial metrics in partnership with the GTM organization
• Guide process improvement, standardization, and reporting enhancements while installing appropriate controls
