Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Oracle and Essbase.
• Ability to lead and collaborate across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication; project management exposure.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Expertise in financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsabilités

• Assist in a Global real estate project, perform research and projects to aid key decisions.
• Assist with financial reporting and preparation of forecasts, budgets, and restatements.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial statements and other reports.
• Assist with cross functional allocations.
• Knowledge of the month-end close process and related duties.
• Identify and develop reports to track key metrics.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Set up cost centers for transitioning locations and global spend reallocations.
