Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior finance experience.
• Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related finance experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related finance experience.
• Proficiency with cost and schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of program financial performance and provide management with early warning of issues and proposed solutions.
• Support budgeting, cost control, variance analysis, and internal/external reporting.
• Develop quarterly Estimates at Complete (EACs) and assist in projecting ETC, EAC, and LRE data.
• Analyze workforce planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Perform data extraction, reconciliation, and ad hoc analyses of program financials.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Material Planning, and Operations to implement process improvements.
