Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the finance function for a multi-unit hospitality business. Remote work enables collaboration with senior leaders and operations teams across locations.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pricing analytics, and management reporting, establishing scalable FP&A processes, partnering with accounting, and driving data-driven decision making to fuel growth.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of progressive finance experience in FP&A or related function.
• Experience leading budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Experience developing models, pro formas, and business cases for new investments or growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning and growth.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget and communicate key drivers of performance.
• Develop management reporting linking financial results to operational trends.
• Lead financial analysis and pro forma modeling for new locations and projects.
• Provide forward-looking analysis to identify financial risks and opportunities.
