Job summary

Tailwind Concessions is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead the finance function, connecting financial performance with operational data and pricing decisions. You will partner with senior leadership to drive budgeting, forecasting, modeling, and strategic analysis across the organization.

Reporting to the CFO, this role oversees Revenue & POS Data and ensures data integrity across systems, supporting growth initiatives and new-location openings in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience including FP&A or related roles.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience building financial models, pro formas, and business cases for growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and growth.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast and communicate drivers of performance clearly.
• Develop management reporting linking financial results to operational trends.
• Lead pricing analytics and revenue data initiatives to inform decisions.
