Job summary

Quadrant Resource LLC is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards. The role supports data migrations to Snowflake and validates reconciled data across SAP and other systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong accounting knowledge, and hands-on experience with SAP, Power BI, and Excel/Power Query. Remote work is available with potential future onsite collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or related roles with strong technical skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting concepts.
• Experience with financial reconciliations and data validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance FP&A financial reports and dashboards.
• Support migration of reporting and data processes to Snowflake/new data platforms.
• Perform reconciliations between SAP, Snowflake, and other systems; resolve differences.
• Support month-end close including data validation and reporting.
• Understand financial data flows and master data across systems.
• Partner with Finance/FP&A stakeholders to troubleshoot reporting and data quality issues.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and improve reporting and reconciliation processes.
• Cross-train on critical team activities and provide backup coverage.
