Job summary

Atlas is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial reporting, analysis, and budgeting for a global client base. You will work with finance and cross-functional stakeholders across EU and US time zones to deliver accurate reporting and insights.

The ideal candidate has deep SAP Finance (F-SAP) expertise, advanced Excel modeling, experience with Ariba, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or FP&A professional in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Finance (F-SAP).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and complex formulas.
• Experience working with Ariba or similar procurement/financial systems.
• Experience building or maintaining financial dashboards and reporting tools.
• Strong ability to analyze financial data and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to support business and finance leadership.
• Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across financial performance.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
• Utilize SAP Finance (F-SAP) to extract, validate, and reconcile financial data.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel models and reporting tools for financial planning and analysis.
• Support financial workflows and procurement processes through Ariba where applicable.
• Build and maintain financial dashboards and visual reporting tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations in PowerPoint summarizing financial results and analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders across finance, operations, and leadership teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across financial systems and reporting outputs.
• Collaborate effectively with global teams, working across EU and US time zones.
