Job summary

Waters Corporation, a global leader in analytical technologies, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Americas FP&A team. You will support planning, forecasting, reporting and performance analysis across the region, building scalable models and dashboards to drive business decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in FP&A, advanced Excel, Power BI and strong communication with Marketing and HQ stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
At least 5 years of FP&A, financial analysis and management reporting experience.
Advanced Excel skills with large data sets and PivotTables.
Strong Power BI capabilities for dashboards and visuals.
Excellent written and verbal communication across finance and business functions.

Responsibilities

Support Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecasts, long-range planning, month-end analytics and business reviews.
Analyze revenue, margin, operating expenses, headcount and KPIs; explain drivers vs plan and prior periods.
Build, maintain and improve financial models, management reports and dashboards.
Use advanced Excel and Power BI to automate recurring reporting and streamline data preparation.
Manage month-end processes, including reporting, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis.
Drive process improvements and efficiencies.
Prepare concise financial commentary and executive-level presentations for business drivers and implications.
Partner with Marketing and Americas HQ on budgets, forecasts, investment decisions and spending visibility.
