Analyze multiple data sources to identify patterns that may not be visible within a single program, product, contract, or capability area.
Support investment prioritization by helping leadership evaluate mission value, cost, affordability, risk, urgency, dependency, performance, and modernization impact.
Partner with dedicated cost estimators, data analysts, operations research analysts, and subject matter experts to integrate cost, performance, technical, acquisition, and portfolio inputs into a cohesive decision framework.
Maintain awareness of assigned capability areas without needing to serve as the technical subject matter expert for each product, system, or function.
Identify emerging issues early, elevate risks, propose mitigation options, and support leadership in making timely portfolio decisions.
