Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join a global, cross-functional team across DPS rate. The role focuses on simplifying and standardizing Commercial/IBP, Supply Chain, and Enterprise planning processes through technology enhancements, partnering with end users and SMEs worldwide.

The position involves designing, testing, and deploying standardized FP&A capabilities with travel up to 5-10%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
At least 3 years of finance, accounting or related business experience.
Experience designing, developing, implementing, and managing FP&A technology solutions preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication, analytical and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end design, build, testing, and deployment of standardized Planning & Forecasting capabilities.
Document integrated business requirements and ensure technical builds meet specifications for planning models.
Communicate risks and interdependencies to program leadership and implement mitigations.
Drive global standardization and adoption of FP&A processes across the organization.
Develop and execute testing strategies, including test cases and scripts.
Support ad hoc projects and analytics, and track program metrics.
Understand dataflows and summarize key points for end-users.
