Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial finance, FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) and Business Intelligence tools.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and the confidence to constructively challenge business decisions.
• deeply organized and able to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
• Curious, and restless about improving processes, communication & engagement.
• Team player with a hands-on, down-to-earth attitude and approach.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management with central functions and senior leaders.
• Lead budget and quarterly reforecast process across central functions; build and challenge forecasts.
• Identify risks and opportunities; recommend mitigation and optimization actions.
• Deliver monthly reporting including financials, KPIs and commentary for central functions.
• Support consolidation of monthly financials, KPIs, and variance analyses for Board reporting.
• Drive financial rigor around business cases, scenario modelling and post-investment tracking.
• Support ad-hoc requests with financial models and analyses to inform key decisions.
