Job summary

AXIS Capital is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Corporate FP&A team in New York. You will partner with ExCo and senior leaders to translate financial performance into actionable insights and strategic options.

The role focuses on expense management, including accruals, cost allocations, and governance, with leadership over Anaplan modelling and scenario planning. A strong team-lead mindset and data-driven decision support are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Economics with professional accounting qualification preferred (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/CFA).
7+ years of FP&A, commercial finance or related role.
Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and ExCo stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead Group expense management, reporting, and action translation for senior leaders.
Build relationships with ExCo, CFO and senior function leaders, providing finance perspective.
Own Anaplan Workforce model and scenario planning, lead long-range planning and cost forecasting.
Develop expense dashboards and KPI reporting with automated solutions to improve accuracy.
