DoorDash, Inc. is seeking a Senior Associate to join the G&A Finance & Strategy team as the primary finance partner to the Legal organization.

You will own planning, forecasting, and reporting for legal spend, including outside counsel, headcount, and legal technology, while collaborating with Legal leadership to forecast risks and opportunities. You will report into the Director of Global G&A Finance and help scale planning systems and AI-driven workflows to improve efficiency and insight

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or a closely related finance role with budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and variance analysis.
• Trusted partner to senior nonfinancial stakeholders and ability to translate analysis into concise summaries.
• Experience with advanced financial modeling in Excel/Sheets and planning tools.
• Familiarity with automation of reporting using SQL or similar tools.
• Experience using AI tools to automate recurring reports or workflows.

Responsabilités

• Shape long-term investment decisions for the Legal organization, including outside counsel and headcount.
• Own monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and accruals for legal spend, vendors, and settlements.
• Lead quarterly, annual, and long-range planning for the Legal organization.
• Improve consolidation forecasting models and planning systems for the broader G&A Finance team.
