Job summary

Digital Turbine seeks a Lead Analyst, FP&A to own ODS revenue and gross profit forecasting and partner with commercial teams to model deal structures. You will ensure accurate rollups for weekly forecasts and ELT reporting, translating data into actionable insights for executives.

You will collaborate with Operations and BI on dashboards, refine the 12-month horizon, and drive strategic, data-driven recommendations across Finance, Sales, and Product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience with revenue and margin forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics required; MBA or CPA a plus.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives and cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations).
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle & Tableau; strong Excel skills.
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers, including revenue, cost of goods, and gross margin analysis.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills for executive-level insights.
• High degree of intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to operate with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Own the ODS Revenue and GP forecast and act as the source of truth for the organization.
• Build complex business cases with commercial leadership for external clients.
• Prepare actuals readouts with commercial leadership for MBRs and executive reviews.
• Maintain global revenue dashboards and drive alignment with ELT on trajectory.
• Own revenue and GP planning for the ODS business with rolling 12-month view (CQ+12).
• Lead tie-out and review for CRO deck and weekly ELT reporting.
