You will build driver-based models, support de novo opportunities, and deliver actionable financial insights to reduce risks and seize opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive FP&A, financial analysis, or strategic finance experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Reside in California.
• Experience with financial planning systems, reporting platforms, and data visualization tools; SQL knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a strategic financial business partner to Operations leaders, department leaders, senior management, and physician partners.
• Analyzes monthly financial and productivity results, understands variances, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops action plans.
• Provides guidance on financial statements, productivity, expenses, allocations, and other financial information.
• Owns the financial planning and performance management process for assigned units; primary FP&A contact for leadership.
• Leads budgeting and forecasting for assigned units; develops revenue, labor, productivity, and expense assumptions.
• Develops driver-based financial models linking operations to performance.
• Leads pro forma development for new-site opportunities and assesses returns and risks.
• Owns monthly performance analysis and profitability reporting; identifies improvement opportunities.
• Assesses staffing, labor productivity, compensation, and workforce trends to optimize resources.
