Job summary

UCSF Health seeks a senior leader to supervise Financial Reporting Analysts and drive accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across departments. You will develop standardized frameworks, manage complex analyses, and present findings to executive leadership to guide strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in financial analysis, 3+ years in a leadership role, and deep expertise in internal controls, healthcare finance, and enterprise reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic finance experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience as a lead/supervisor/manager.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, reporting techniques and internal controls.
• Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of Financial Reporting Analysts and ensure quality deliverables.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, forecasting, and executive dashboards.
• Direct annual budgeting, workforce planning and long-range forecasting.
• Develop standardized reporting methodologies and governance standards.
• Present complex financial information to leadership and stakeholders.
