Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated, based in Shelton, CT, is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide FP&A support for the HES segment across pricing, operations, and sales/marketing finance. You will collaborate with functions to build the annual plan, forecasts, and commentary while driving profitability and cash flow.

You will develop financial models, analyze KPIs, costs, and capital needs to enable informed decisions and strategic growth for Hubbell's global footprint.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; required.
5+ years of FP&A, accounting or related experience.
Experience implementing finance and accounting best practices.
OneStream or similar software experience.
Deep understanding of operating forecast and financial drivers.
Knowledge of US GAAP, budgeting and costs in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Engage cross-functionally to provide finance support for informed decisions.
Prepare annual plan, monthly forecasts, and strategic operating plans.
Monitor budgets and analyze results vs forecast with department leaders.
Develop financial models to support profitability and cash flow.
Partner with sales on customer P&L and channel analytics.
