FinDev Gateway is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to bridge strategic partnerships with budgets, narratives, and donor reporting. You will lead high-impact financial analysis, modeling, and reporting, and support decision-making as an individual contributor reporting to the CFO.

Based in the US, you will align Global and US operations OKRs, risk management, and cash forecasting, while coordinating with fundraising and Africa time-zone colleagues.
