Job summary

BMS CAT, a trusted leader in restoration, seeks a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to own consolidated reporting, budgeting, and modeling. The role partners with Finance, Accounting, and Senior Leadership to drive strategy and performance, including capital project analyses and executive presentations.

This on-site position reports to the CFO, with growth potential as the company expands through organic and acquisition activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required.
• MBA or professional certification preferred but not required.
• Strong Excel modeling and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP and BI tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, report, and present KPIs for senior management and lenders.
• Own 3-statement / cash flow / EBITDA models and debt scheduling.
• Prepare monthly analyses and commentary on results vs. budget/forecast.
• Lead annual consolidated budgeting and forecasting processes.
