12+ years in FP&A or a comparable analytical finance role, ideally in financial services or a trading environment.
Experience driving FP&A capability improvements and cost allocation models.
Familiarity with return on capital, RWA, and P&L-relative cost metrics in trading/finance.

Responsibilities

Own the budgeting and forecasting processes; partner with FP&A globally; drive improvements.
Build and maintain annual budgets and rolling forecasts with senior leaders.
Own cost reporting; define cost drivers and allocation logic; keep methodologies auditable.
Develop management reporting packages for senior leadership and ensure actionable insights.
Collaborate with Technology and Operations to improve data flows for FP&A.
