Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 3–7 years FP&A, corporate finance, financial analysis, or related analytical finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and financial reporting experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with BI/data analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for budgets, forecasts, long-range planning, and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze financial results, KPIs, trends, and variances to identify business drivers and opportunities.
• Prepare financial reports, presentations, dashboards, and analysis for senior leadership.
• Evaluate business initiatives, opportunities, and risks through financial modeling and ad hoc analysis.
• Collaborate across business functions to improve forecasting, reporting, and decision-making.
• Leverage financial systems and analytics tools to improve reporting and generate insights.
