Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, FP&A, accounting, reporting or planning.
• Forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience creating presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting for a large business unit.
• Analyze monthly results and explain variances against forecasts.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Support long-term planning and resource allocation.
• Develop and present executive-level financial analyses.
• Monitor KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, drive process improvements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to align with business objectives.
