Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate financial concepts to executive leadership.
• Experience partnering across multiple business functions.
• Experience supporting budgeting and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and long-range planning processes.
• Manage monthly forecasting, reporting, and financial performance analysis.
• Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financial results and reporting integrity.
• Develop financial models and business cases supporting strategic initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level reporting packages and financial presentations.
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business trends.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and reporting enhancements.
• Support process improvement, automation, and analytics initiatives.
• Evaluate and optimize planning, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
