CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager within Shared Services Finance to lead core FP&A activities for a $1B+ portfolio, including forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, financial reporting, and strategic planning.

The role partners with business and finance leadership to explain performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive data quality, speed, and PMO governance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, accounting, or related finance experience.
• 3+ years budgeting and forecasting with close cycles.
• 3+ years of variance analysis and cost management.
• 2+ years of experience with SAP.
• Strong financial acumen, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, and executive-level presentation ability.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsabilités

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, monthly close, and strategic planning activities.
• Partner with business leadership to identify risks, opportunities, and cost management actions.
• Contributes to streamlining FP&A processes, data accuracy, and efficiency.
• Own end-to-end consolidation and reporting for the $1B+ Shared Services budgets across 9 functional areas.
• Manage PMO governance and initiative tracking.
